Pan Seared Branzino with a tomato-dill white wine sauce I know I said no more tomato recipes but my mom brought over the last of her cherry tomatoes from her garden 🍅 Ingredients for 2 2 branzino filets 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved 2 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill 1/2 Lemon juiced 1/3 C white wine 2 tbsp butter Olive oil Salt and pepper With a paper towel pat dry the branzino. Sprinkle over salt and pepper on each side. Add oil to a skillet. Lay fish skin side down (make sure the skin is making as much contact as possible with the pan, this will ensure crispy skin and less sticking). Cook 3 minutes, flip the fish and continue to cook for another 30-60 seconds depending on thickness. Remove and set aside. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and tomatoes. Season with salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and white wine. Reduce until the wine is cooked out. Add in the dill and 2 Tbsp butter. Serve and enjoy 😊 Small bowls: @feltandfat #branzino #searedfish #30minutemeals #easyrecipe #fishrecipe #yum #dinnerideas
